  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • COD (India): 5–7 working days
    • International: 15–20 working days

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged products.
  • A clear unboxing video is required for verification.
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must ship the item back to our provided address for an exchange.
