Conditions for 7 Days Easy Return & Exchange

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that arrive damaged (within 7 days).
  • Proof Required: A clear, unedited unboxing video showing the damage must be provided.

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely repacked for return shipping.

Process for Return & Exchange

Share the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

2. Ship the Product

Once approved, you must ship the product back to our return address at your own cost.
Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent further damage in transit.

3. Exchange / Credit Note

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process either:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • A credit note equal to the product value, redeemable on your next purchase.
